At Prime Path Performance, we aim to get your order to you as quickly and smoothly as possible. Because we work with both local and international suppliers, delivery times and shipping costs can vary depending on the product purchased and the delivery location. Please read the details below so you know exactly what to expect.

Order Processing

• All orders are processed once payment has cleared. Please allow 1–5 business days for payment clearance before your order is released for dispatch.
• Once cleared, our team and suppliers prepare your order for shipment. Dispatch usually occurs within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Delivery Timeframes

• Australian Warehouses: Most products shipped from Australian warehouses are delivered within 3–10 business days after dispatch, depending on your location and the courier network.
• Overseas Fulfilment: Some products are sourced directly from trusted overseas suppliers and may require 10–20 business days after dispatch for delivery.
• Multiple Shipments: If your order contains multiple items, products may be shipped from different suppliers and may arrive in separate parcels at different times.

Shipping Costs

• Free shipping is available on eligible products and selected Australian locations.
• Shipping costs, where applicable, are calculated based on the product, supplier, delivery location and shipping requirements.
• Any applicable shipping charges will be displayed during checkout before payment is completed.

Tracking & Notifications

• Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking details so you can follow your parcel’s journey.
• Tracking updates may take up to 48 hours to appear in the courier’s system. For overseas-fulfilled items, updates may take longer to display.
• If your order contains multiple items, you may receive more than one tracking number.

Additional Information

• Delivery dates are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed. External factors such as courier delays, customs processing, weather events or peak holiday periods may affect delivery times.
• Large or bulky items may require additional handling time.
• We currently deliver to Australian metro and regional locations serviced by our suppliers and courier partners.
